09-12-11 Upper Body Chain Training

This begins the second round of my micro-cycle of training.  This round will have chains added to the major lifts.  The chains are 15lbs.


Bench Press + 15# Chains
12 x 175, 10 x 185, 8 x 215, 4 x 230
**Last set was supposed to be 6, but after 4 I dropped the bar on my chest and sat there for about 5 minutes comtemplating the complexities of life**

Pull Ups
3 x 6
**Getting much better.  I am able to finish almost all of them without assistance.**

Behind the Neck Press
3 x 12

TR-LEX Declines
3 x 12

Barbell Curls
3 x 12

Skull Crushers
3 x 12

No Cardio.

Workout Summary:
Felt strong in the begining of the bench presses, but fatigue hit me in that last set.  Paid for it by laying on the bench with 245lbs on my chest for a while.
