10-14-11 Squat Day

Squat day again.  Today I was able to get through a good workout durning the day time.


Squat
265 x 10, 305 x 8, 325 x 6
**Good work put in here.  I felt as though I could have done another set.**

Good Mornings
3 sets of 8 @ 135

SLED WORK
2 x 20ft. @ 180 Sled Drag
6 x 20ft, @ 135 Harness Pull

Workout Summary:
Squats were good.  Sled killed me.  I need a nap.  'Nuff said!
