10-17-11 Upper Body Training

Day time upper body training.  It was a good workout with cardio...so an overall complete workout the way I wish they would all end up.  Here it is:


Bench Press
175 x 12, 190 x 10, 220 x 8, 235 x 6

Military Press
120 x 12, 135 x 10, 150 x 8

Pull Ups -superset- T Bar Rows
3 x 5 - - - - - - - - - 3 x 8 w/ 2 plates

TRX Decline Flys
3 x 15

Barbell Curls
3 x 12

Skull Crushers
3 x 12

CARDIO: 20 minutes on the treadmill.

Workout Summary:
Good workout.  It felt good to really tax myself with the cardio at the end.
