10-18-11 Squat Training +

DOMS(Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) is painful, but I am introducing a new muscle thrasher: IOMF(Immediate Onset Muscle Fatigue).  This workout inspired my discovery...


Squat
265 x 10, 305 x 8, 325 x 6

Good Mornings
3 sets of 135 x 8

SLED WORK supersetted with PLYOS(16in. Box)
180lbs. Sled Harness Pull 20ft x 2 - - - Box Jump to Static Depth Drop x 6
180lbs. Sled Harness Pull 20ft x 2 - - - Box Jump to Static Depth Drop x 6
180lbs. Sled Harness Pull 20ft x 2 - - - Box Jump to Static Depth Drop x 6

Workout Summary:
Good workout.  Like I said...totally taxed right now.
