10-24-11 Upper Body Training +

Coming off a sick day yesterday I was really surprised I made it through the workout.  I finally remembered to bring a scale to weigh my sled: 62lbs.  So I need to add that to the numbers.  Here is the workout:

Bench Press
220 x 8, 235 x 6, 250 x 4, 265x1
**Dropped second rep of 265 on my chest.  Not fun**

D.B. Lateral Raises
4 x 15

Incline D.B. Hammer Curls
3 x 12

Pull Overs
3 x 12

Bench Dips
3 x 15

T Bar Trunk Twists
3 x 10

Pull Ups
3 x 6

62# SLED WORK
Upper Body Hand-over-Hand Sled Pull 2 x 20ft. at 152lbs.
Upper Body Hand-over-Hand Speed Sled Pulls 4 x 20ft. at 98lbs.

WORKOUT SUMMARY:
Totally wiped out after a long day yesterday of feeling sick.  The workout wasn't bad, just not really the best.
