10-25-11 Squat Training

Today was a busy day so this was a p.m. workout.  Unfortunately I can not do sled work in the dark and quiet neighborhood.  I am totally wiped out from lack of sleep so here is how this workout went:


Squat
305 x 8, 325 x 6, 345 x 3, 365 x 2

Front Squat
185 x 6, 185 x 6

Good Mornings
3 sets of 6 @ 135

Calf Raisers
3 sets of 20 @ 135

D.B. Forearm Curls
3 x 15

Then because I saw a picture of myself from today's adventure to the Pumpkin Patch and realized my neck was getting a bit "pencil-y"...

NECK WORK
3 sets of 15 @ 25lbs. to the back.
3 sets of 15 @ 10lbs. to each side.
3 sets of 15 w/Blue Band to the front.

Flat Bench Weighted Leg Raises
3 sets of 12 @ 10lbs.
CARDIO: 20 minute treadmill hike.  Not fast.  Can't do running after leg workouts...

Workout Summary:
This one lacked pop!  There was nothing to it, and nothing to make it exciting.  Just some hard work.
