Starting weight: 222.0lbs.
Testing Max Reps by way of formulas to devise 1 rep max from multiples. As I test each exercise(bench, incline, squat, dead lift, and power clean), feats of strength, and my highland games throws I will post previous maxes for each. I will then restest in 6 weeks to test my program's efficiency. Wish me luck. Check back tomorrow for my bench press initial data.
