Upper Body Training 10-13-11

I was able to get my training in during the day light hours today.  I will try to workout in the morning from now on, and then I will do cardio at night.



Bench Press
175 x 12, 190 x 10, 220 x 8, 235 x 6
**Felt easy.  The change from set 2 to set 3 was the hardest.**

Military Press
120 x 12, 130 x 10, 150 x 6

Pull Ups
3 sets of 6

TRX Decline
3 sets of 15

Barbell Curls
3 x 12

Skull Crushers
3 x 12

Upper Body Sled Pull Progression
1. Upper Body Sled Pull 180 x 20ft. - 20ft. sled drag
2. Upper Body Sled Pull 180 x 20ft. - 20ft. sled drag
3. UBSP 135 x 20ft. - 20ft. sled drag
4. UBSP 90 x 20ft. - 20ft. sled drag
5. Overhand Speed Pull 45 x 20ft.


Workout Summary:
It felt great to get back at it!  If I continue working out during the day I will incorporate more sleds and other non-conventional methods to the training.  Tonight I will do cardio and abs.  I am still trying to figure out how I will work in the gripper work.
