11-03-11 Upper Body Training

Back in the gym after an illness...I was worried that I might be too weak to go through with it.  As it stands now I am one week behind on my experiment of Strength vs. Body Weight.  Oh well, here's how the workout went:


Bench Press
190 x 12, 235 x 6, 205 x 10, 250 x 2
**Last set was supposed to be 4, but I only got 2.  Still not half bad.**

Military Press
130 x 12, 160 x 6, 140 x 9

Pull Ups
4 sets of 6

Fat Bar 2.5" Shrugs - superset - Barbell Curls - superset - Dips
3 sets of 15 - - - 3 sets of 10 - - - 3 sets of 15

Super Stretch Incline Flys
3 sets of 15

NECK WORK
3 sets of 20 @ 10lbs. to the back
3 sets of 15 @ 10lbs. to each side
3 sets of 15 w/Blue Band to the front

16lbs. Scottish Hammer Wind Ups
4 sets of 10 Wind Ups

WORKOUT SUMMARY:
The workout was good.  My favorite part was getting the 16lbs. Scottish Hammer work in.
