11-04-11 Squat Training +

My kids enjoyed my workout today.  Sled training equals a free sled ride for my five children.  The workout goes as follows...

Squats
285 x 10, 345 x 4, 315 x 6, 365 x 3

FAT BAR 2.5" Hang Snatch
4 sets of 6

Good Mornings
3 sets of 6

Calf Raisers
3 sets of 20 @ 185lbs.

SLED WORK(62lbs. Sled)
- Lower Body Harness Pull -
6 x 20ft. @ 197lbs.
2 x 20ft. @ 115lbs. - My oldest son.
2 x 20ft. @ 105lbs. - My middle son.
2 x 20ft. @ 190lbs. - My oldest and youngest daughters.
2 x 20ft. @ 98lbs. - My youngest son.

WORKOUT SUMMARY:
My relapse workouts went great this week.  I got through the most that I could, and I'm ready to do this week's workouts again next week.  The sled work was fun for my kids, but my legs are dead after 14 rounds of harness pulls.
