11-08-11 Squat Training +

It was 9 degrees Celsius in the Cave at workout time.  That's enough to preserve a neanderthal!  Here's how I faired:


Squats
285 x 10, 335 x 5, 315 x 7, 365 x 3

Snatch to Over Head Squat(1:3)
3 sets of 3 on the FAT BAR 2.5"

Good Mornings
3 sets of 6

Calf Raisers
3 sets of 20

Dumbell Forearm Curls
3 sets of 20

SLED WORK: Sled Drag
2 x 20ft. @ 198#
4 x 20ft. @ 242#

CARDIO: Night session still to come...

WORKOUT SUMMARY:
I'm exhausted, and I still have cardio to do.  I have slept for 45 minutes total since I got home from work at 6 a.m.  But I still found the drive to get through a decent workout.  This is a good tired.
