11-22-11 Upper Body Training Chains

Quick workout!  Also last workout for the week...oh and the first one of the week too.  I am going out of town and will be away from the Cave Of Strength until Monday.


D.E. Bench + 15lbs. Chains
7 sets of 4 @ 205lbs.+Chains
3 sets of 3 @ 225lbs.+Chains

Behind the Neck Press
3 sets of 10

Barbell Curls supersetted with Tricep Pull Down
3 sets of 10 - superset - 3 sets of 15

Feeling a little sick to my stomach.  That's all for now.
