Monday Morning Weight Update for 11-14-11


213lbs.

Losing it slow and steady.  That way I can hold on to the strength and muscle while losing some body fat.  14lbs. to go till I get the goal of getting under 200lbs.  Then I begin my reign of havoc on the Highland Games Lightweight Division.
