**205 was too high to start...never would have gotten the volume completed.**
Neck Flexion to Rear: 10lbs. x 20, 20lbs. x 10, 10lbs. x 20
Neck Flexion to Each Side: 10lbs. x 20, 20lbs. x 10, 10lbs. x 20
CARDIO: HARD 15 minute run on the treadmill.
I need more practice on the 4 stage lift, but it is a worth while exercise. I was fatigued and winded.
