12-05-11 SQUATS!!! Training Chain Day

The Fates have spoken, by way of a flipping coin, and my routine has changed.  Now my lower body days will come first in the week.  I think this change is good.  Here's how the workout went - short and to the point:


Squats w/ 15lbs. Chains
285 x 10, 345 x 4, 315 x 8, 365 x 2, 365 x 1

Front Squats
6 sets of 3 @ 225lbs. (only 30 seconds rest)

WORKOUT SUMMARY:
Not enough time for anything other than these squats, but it was enough.  My legs are feeling it for the first time in a while.  Good stuff!
