12-26-11 Squat Power Training

This is the first week of of the experiement.  Today's workout was a little short because my time was really limited.  Here's how it went:

Box Squat
320 x 6, 330 x 6, 340 x 4, 350 x 4

Good Mornings supersetted with Single Leg Dead Lifts
3 sets of 6 - superset - 3 sets of 8 each leg

CARDIO: 20 minutes on the treadmill.

Ab Bench
3 sets of 70

GRIP WORK
3 sets of 20 w/ the TRAINER

WORKOUT SUMMARY:
It was a good workout.  My legs are feeling it even though it was a shortened work load.
