12-27-11 Upper Body Endurance Training

Short training day.  Very short.  Here it is:

Bench Press
165 x 15, 180 x 12, 195 x 10, 210 x 6, 185 x 8, 155 x 10

Military Press supersetted with Pull Ups
3 sets of 12 - superset - 3 sets of 6

CARDIO: Only ten minutes...hamstring started to cramp/pull so I stopped early.

WORKOUT SUMMARY:
Very short workout done at 1230 a.m. that was interupted by some family members coming into town.  So I think I will just cut it short here.
