Rest Phase

The Rest Phase begin prior to the Testing Week next week.  I will not be posting anything until then.  Try some of my favorite blogs on the side bar to get your fill.  Resting up to get the big gains next week.  Testing: Bench, Squat, Deads, Cleans, Military Press, 16# Stone Put, Braemar put, 17# Hammer, 35# Weight for Distance.  See you all next week!
