THE RESULTS ARE IN!

I just finished my week long results testing phase to my Experiment: Weight vs. Strength program.  Here are the results:

Body Weight: 207.6lbs.(222.2lbs.) = -14.6lbs. = -7%
Bench Press: 297lbs.(293lbs.) = +4lbs. = +1%
Shoulder Press: 215lbs.(202lbs.) = +13lbs. = +6%
Squat: 424lbs.(405lbs.) = +19lbs. = +4%
Power Clean: 254lbs.(246lbs.) = +8lbs. = +3%
Dead Lift: 448lbs.(401lbs.) = +47lbs. = +12%
Stone Put PR: 35'8"
Braemar PR: 25'5"
17# Hammer: 76'
35# WFD: 30'6"

I will analyze the data and have my report in on this blog early next week.
