01-02-12 Lower Body Dynamic Training

First workout of the new year couldn't have gone better.  Although my son was in the Cave of Strength with me...talking my ear off...I was still able to get in a good workout.  Here it goes:

Squats
290 x 5, 290 x 5, 290 x 5, 290 x 5, 290 x 5, 315 x 3, 315 x 3, 315 x 3, 315 x 3, 315 x 3

Straight Legged Dead Lift
3 sets of 8

Power Shrugs
4 sets of 10

CARDIO: 10 minutes on the treadmill interupted by crying children and a cramp forming in my hamstring.

WORKOUT SUMMARY:
I know this workout was a good one because at the end of each grouping of the dynamic effort squats I felt like passing out.  I really needed more cardio, but family needed me more.  Oh well, you win some you lose some.
