02-24-12 Upper Body Training + Heavy Events Rehab

Finally able to get this log post up.  Did some upper body work and some throwing.  Here's what happened:

135 x 8 x 8 x 8(slow eccentric, fast concentric)

Hang Cleans + Jerk

Throws training:

Push Jerk

Pull Ups supersetted with Seated Band Rows
3 x 5 - - superset - - 3 x 15

Dumbell Lateral Raises
3 x 8

Pull Overs
3 x 12

Curls
3 x 10

Over Head Extension
3 x 12

CARDIO: 20 minutes on the treadmill.

Workout Summary:
I hate rehab!  So weak.
