02-27-12 Lower Body Training Rehab

Did some squats and other things today.  Really trying not to re-injure myself.  Here is the workout:

Squat
bar x 10
135 x 10
185 x 8
225 x 4
275 x 3

-then unracked 315 six times to get my body to remember what it feels like...

Front Squat
135 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3

Kneeling Ab Pull Downs
4 x 15

Band Twist
4 x 10 each side

NECK WORK
Anterior flexion - 3 x 20 @ 10lbs.
Lateral flexion - 2 x 20 @ 10lbs. each side.

CARDIO: 20 minutes on the treadmill.
