03-09-12 Clean and Snatch W1D3

I went to the doctor and he told me stuff I didn't want to hear.  After training the River Valley High School Cheer Leaders I hit the weights.  Here's how it went:

The Rehabicles Episode 10:

bar x 10
115 x 6
140 x 8 sets x 3 reps (10s. work/ 30s. rest)

Single Arm Snatch
50 x 4 sets x 3 reps (10s. work/ 30s. rest)
60 x 5 sets x 2 reps (10s. work/ 30s. rest)

Stability Ball Sit Ups
3 x 20

Stability Ball Russian Twists
3 x 10

Standing Pull Over/Ab Pull Down Combo
3 x 12 on the MONSTER MINI BAND

Cardio: 30 min. hike on the treadmill.

Workout Summary:
With the doc telling me that my previous lifestyle(lifting heavy) may not be possible ever again I went against good judgment and did olympic lifts anyways.  Whatever...
