3-29-12 Update REHAB Maxing Again...

I have decided to forgo the Rehabicles videos since I am starting to feel more like myself.  Big thanks to Matt Vincent's TRAINING LAB which is now in HARD COPY and available for purchase.  Without this program I would be lost right now and probably still in pain.  Here is what I have been up to since the last post:


3/27/12
Squats
bar x 10
135 x 10
225 x 6
275 x 5
295 x 4 for a new REHAB PR. +42lbs.

Bench
bar x 10
135 x 10
225 x 4
245 x 3 for a new REHAB PR. + 9lbs.(never seem to make huge gains on bench).

3/28/12
Overhead Press
bar x 10
135 x 6
185 x 5
205 x 4 for a new REHAB PR. +23lbs.

Dead Lift
bar x 10
135 x 6
225 x 6
275 x 5
315 x 4 for a new REHAB PR. +77lbs.


Now I am able to run better on the treadmill, so the weight will come back down soon.
