Update: Workouts from this week so far...

I'm slipping a bit on these blog posts.  My back has taken a wrong turn and is not better yet, and it is now affecting certain lifts.  Strange ones at that!  My 3 bulging discs are keeping me from doing lifts that one would believe to be the only safe choices for a man in my situation.  Here is the run down:

I was a little frightened when I woke up and realized I was going to be squatting again.  My back has been acting up.  I tried to prolong the inevitable by throwing open stone, but in the end the squats came and wrecked me!  Here is the torture...I mean workout:
