04-09-12 INSEASON Strength Week 2 day 1

I was a little frightened when I woke up and realized I was going to be squatting again.  My back has been acting up.  I tried to prolong the inevitable by throwing open stone, but in the end the squats came and wrecked me!  Here is the torture...I mean workout:

Bench

225 x 5 reps x 5 sets

Good Mornings
3 x 10

Weighted Dips supersettted with Hammer Curls
3 x 15 - superset - 3 x 12

CARDIO: 30 minutes on the treadmill.

WORKOUT SUMMARY:
A very good workout.  I had one of those practice sessions where I was focusing on one aspect(getting the left foot down faster) and I was totally pissed off for most of the practice minus the one good throw.  The weight room beat me up, but I got the work done.
